Livongo makes a really advanced blood glucose meter, but recognizes that a decent percentage of its customer base possesses only minimal education. This was resulting in too many people giving up and going without the care they needed, so I was brought on to help make the process as clear and simple as possible.
Naturally, the first thing I did was accidentally poke myself with the meter in my quest to learn exactly how it worked. That’s just how dedicated I am.
